TFG Submission Guide

1. Select Your Service Level

The main factor to consider here is turnaround time. We have varying turnaround times based on which service you choose. See our Services page for more information on our current turnaround times.

2. Enter the Amount of Cards

Enter the number of cards you would like to submit for grading.

3. Input Personal Details

On the next page, please enter your name, phone number, and address. Please double-check this information to ensure it's entered correctly.

4. Shipping Method

We offer three different shipping methods via Royal Mail. Choose the one that suits you best.

5. Review Your Submission

Here you will be able to input a discount code if you have one.
Take a quick moment to review your selections. Does everything look correct? If so, you're ready for checkout.

6. Choose Payment

You will be redirected to our secure payment portal. Once here you can choose which payment method you would like to use. We currently accept all major payment methods, and we also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options.

7. Card Input

Input details of your cards. Please provide as much detail as possible, including card name, set details, and errors if present.

8. Package Your Cards

Package your cards securely. We recommend you place your cards inside penny sleeves and then insert them into toploaders or semi-rigid sleeves. Please do not seal toploaders shut with sticky tape, as the adhesive can cause issues for our research team.

9. Label Your Cards

In the card submission details box, you will be asked to assign each of your cards a number. Label each of your cards with the corresponding number you have assigned. We recommend applying a sticker with the number to each of the toploaders/semi-rigid cases that you send.

10. Ship to TFG

Securely package your cards inside a box suitable for shipping. Clearly label the outside of your package with your order reference number. Please also write the service level with your order number: Economy, Standard, Express, or Report.
